For a Conversions campaign to work, Meta's algorithm needs accurate data about who is converting. This is where the Conversions API (CAPI, Module 85) becomes non-negotiable. If your pixel (Module 86) or CAPI setup is broken or under-reporting conversions, Meta's algorithm cannot learn. It will be starved of the crucial feedback it needs to optimize, leading to poor campaign performance. Therefore, before running any Conversions campaign, you must ensure your conversion tracking infrastructure is robust and reliable.
