Lifetime Value (LTV) is the total revenue a customer is expected to generate over their entire relationship with your brand. This is a predictive metric, but it can be estimated with historical data. LTV encapsulates all future purchases, subscriptions, and engagement-driven revenue.
<ul> <li><strong>Simple Formula:</strong> `Average Purchase Value x Average Number of Purchases Per Year x Average Customer Lifespan (in years)`</li> <li><strong>Example:</strong> An average fan buys one $30 T-shirt per year for three years, and also streams your music (generating $5/year in royalties) and buys one $10 digital album. <br>`LTV = (($30 + $5) x 3) + $10 = $115`.</li> </ul> LTV represents the total financial contribution a fan makes to your Creator Enterprise over their entire journey with you.Step 3 of 10 in this module#913 of 1,000
