As covered in the previous module, you must have a payment method (a credit/debit card or a PayPal account) connected to your Printify account. This is a mandatory step. Let's be perfectly clear about what this means. This does NOT mean Printify is charging you to have an account. It does NOT mean you are pre-paying for products. This payment method is simply held on file, ready to be used only when an order is successfully placed by a customer. It is a security measure for the print provider, ensuring they will be paid for the materials and labor they are about to use to create a product for your customer.
