What happens if a customer wants a refund? This is a two-part process. First, you, the store owner, are responsible for refunding the customer the retail price they paid. You would do this through your Shopify or Printify Pop-Up dashboard. Second, you must determine if you can get a refund from the print provider. Printify's policy states that they will issue a reprint or refund only if the product is misprinted, damaged, or defective. They do not cover "buyer's remorse" (e.g., the customer ordered the wrong size). This is a risk of the business. For this reason, it's crucial to have clear size charts on your product pages to minimize sizing errors.
