You will be tempted to offer your T-shirt in ten different colors, or to add a V-neck option, or to offer a women's fit. You must resist this temptation for your first launch. Every additional option you add exponentially increases the complexity of your setup and can re-introduce decision paralysis for your customers. For your first batch, keep it simple: offer your T-shirt and hoodie in one or two classic, high-demand colors like black, white, or heather grey. You can always expand your color and style options in future batches after you've validated your initial concept.
