Step 2 of 10 in this module#182 of 1,000

2. The Unified Momentum Solution (Waterfall Release)

Part 2 • How the Waterfall Strategy Compounds Momentum

The Waterfall strategy solves this fragmentation by treating the underlying ISRCs (individual tracks) as the constant. Each track retains its unique ISRC, meaning all historical data (streams, saves, adds) associated with that ISRC continues to accumulate. When "Track A" is part of its initial single release, then the 2-track EP, then the 3-track EP, and finally the full album, its ISRC (ISRC-A) remains the same. Therefore, all streams for ISRC-A from any of those products contribute to the unified momentum of ISRC-A.
