In the Hype Build phase, you built curiosity. In the Previews phase, you convert that curiosity into concrete purchase intent. The primary obstacle to online sales is the customer's inability to physically interact with the product. High-quality visual previews effectively overcome this. By showing your merch on models, you help your audience imagine themselves wearing it. By showing front-and-back views, you answer functional questions. This phase is about providing enough visual information to finalize their decision-making before the "Buy Now" button even appears.
