It's crucial to understand that the files you upload for printing are often different from the files you use for mockups. For mockups (especially in Placeit, Module 27), you might use a lower-resolution PNG or a JPEG just for visual display. For printing, the requirements are much stricter: high-resolution, transparent background PNG (or vector source file). Always ensure you are uploading the correct, print-ready file to Printify for production, not just a web-optimized image.
